I have many years of experience in coaching both beginners and advanced level. My specialization and passion is in training mothers, both those who are pregnant and those who are post-pregnant.
To carry and give birth to a child is tough on your body and for many the recovery takes time. My ambition is to empower you to gain control over your body and drive the results you wish for. Mama Bootcamp is a safe and fun workout session for you who are returning to a physical lifestyle post pregnancy or for you who are pregnant. Your baby are of course welcome to join the bootcamp!
